Moldova's Embassy in Sweden to launch tourism project for Swedish citizens

Chisinau, 11 April /MOLDPRES/ - The Moldovan Embassy in Stockholm will launch a project on Moldova’s promotion among Swedish citizens titled, Discover Moldova’s Culture and Wine Values, the Foreign Affairs and European Integration Ministry’s public diplomacy, strategic communication and media interaction service has reported.

Under the project, on 17-21 May 2018, the first 35 citizens of Sweden will come to Moldova, having possibility to visit more monasteries, fortresses, wineries of the country, as well as other tourist destinations.

To popularize the project, Moldova’s Embassy in Sweden, in cooperation with the Honorary Consulate, organized a meeting on the promotion of the Moldovan-Swedish relations, tourist routes, national culture and traditions. Participating in the event were representatives of the business and associative environments, journalists, members of the Rotary Club and governmental consultancy structures from Sweden.
