USAID to consider requests of Moldova

Chisinau, 17 April /MOLDPRES/- Parliament Speaker Andrian Candu met Brock D. Bierman, Head of the Bureau for Europe and Eurasia of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

According to the parliament’s communication and public relations department, the speaker has requested support for important issues, such as – energy security of Moldova and other areas of development. Brock D. Bierman was committed as a priority to consider the requests and to identify solutions to the submitted cases.

The sides also discussed the development of small business and the reforms promoted by the authorities in this respect, cooperation with civil society, development of local media and the possible facilities.

Brock D. Bierman is a descendant from Moldova and has always had a special contribution in support of democratic reforms and development projects of our country.
