Chisinau-based business centre's roof catches fire

Chisinau, 20 April /MOLDPRES/ - Another fire flashed out in the Moldovan capital. According to the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations (IGSU), the coating of a roof of a business centre on the Ismail Street in Chisinau is burning.

The IGSU press officer, Liliana Puscasu, told MOLDPRES that teams of firemen had intervened on the spot.

According to witnesses, the flames spread very quickly because of the wind.

At present, firemen intervene also in the Telecentru district of the capital, where the roof of the Zoology Institute of the Moldovan Academy of Sciences had caught fire.
