Chisinau, 23 April /MOLDPRES/ - Specialists of the Interior Ministry’s (MAI) General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations (IGSU) have established the preliminary reasons for the flashing up of two fires in the Moldovan capital.
According to IGSU, in the case of the fire from the Institute of Microbiology and Biotechnology of the Academy of Sciences (ASM), specialists took into account two versions: short circuit in the power network of supply with electric energy of a mobile telephony operator or imprudence with open fire.
In case of an incident from the business centre on the Ismail Street from Chisinau, IGSU employees also have two versions: violation of anti-fire rules when exploiting the system of evacuation of hot gases or short circuit in the electricity network of supply of the hood.
The final reasons will be known after all circumstances of the flashing up of the fires are established and evaluated.
Two strong fires flashed up in Chisinau three days ago. In the first case, the roof of the ASM Institute of Microbiology and Biotechnology from the capital’s Telecentru district caught fire. A bit later, the coating of the roof of a business centre from the Ismail Street of Moldova’s capital started burning.
