Moldovan national philharmonic to host TV festival – contest on folk music

Chisinau, 25 April /MOLDPRES/ – TV Festival – Contest of the Young Music Interpreters ”Prezinta Orchestra ”Folclor”” (Presents Orchestra "Folklore") will take place on 26 April at 18:00 at the National Philharmonic Serghei Lunchevici in Chisinau.
Among guests are: Marcel, Edgar and Veaceslav Stefanet, Cornelia Stefanet and Anatol Stefanet. They will be accompanied by folk music Orchestra, led by Petre Neamtu.
On the same day, at 16.00, at the Theater "On street Trandafirilor", it will take place show "Flowers for Algernon" by Daniel Keyes, and at 18.00 at Orchestra Hall in Chisinau – concert "Beyond Bach", supported by "Signum saxophone quartet" in Germany.
Also, on Thursday, at 18.30, it will be presented "Carmen" at the National Opera and Ballet Theatre, performed in three acts by George Bizet, at the Russian State Drama Theatre "A. P. Chekhov" – performance "Without Brakes", a Moldovan-Russian project by E. Latii, V. Romanov and I. Muzica, at the National Theatre "Satiricus" – performance "The Foreign Body", which will be played by the Jewish Theatre from Bucharest and at 19.00, at the Theater "On street Trandafirilor" – "White Acacia" by Isaak Dunaevski.
On Friday, at 18.00, National Theatre "Mihai Eminescu" will host performance "Hronicul Gainarilor" by Aureliu Busuioc, and at 18.30 at the Russian State Drama Theatre "A. P. Chekhov" – performance "The Mysterious Manor" by Don Nigro and National Theatre "Eugene Ionesco" – performance "Oscar and Aunt Pink" by Eric – Emmanuel Schmitt.
On the same day, at 18.30, the Jewish Theatre in Bucharest will present on stage of the National Theatre "Satiricus" at tour "Teatru peste Prut", performance "Spanish fly" by Franz Arnold and Ernst Bach, directed by Andrei Munteanu.
