Twenty six persons to receive allowances for supply with dwellings in Moldova

Chisinau, 25 April /MOLDPRES/ - The government will provide more than one million lei as one-off allowances for the construction of a private house, cooperative dwelling, for the purchase of dwelling space or repair of houses.    

According to the government’s communication and protocol department, 26 persons hit by the Chernobyl accident, victims of political repressions and veterans who did not access preferential loans from financial institutions and were not provided with dwellings at the situation from 22 October 2004 will benefit from allocations.  

The money will be allocated from the state budget to the local public authorities from ten districts, based on special decisions. Thus, the Orhei district council is to receive 369,000 lei, Floresti – 246,000 lei, Rascani – 123,000 lei. The rest of the sum will be directed to the authorities of Calarasi, Cahul, Rezina, Telenesti, Ungheni, Falesti and Soldanesti. As much as 8.5 million lei is provided for in the 2018 state budget to this end in all.
