Moldovan commercial bank's clients appreciate direct, indirect advantages of loan for First Home programme

Chisinau, 04 May /MOLDPRES/ – The loan of "Prima Casa" (First Home) programme has reached districts of Moldova after convincing Chisinau of its advantages. An example may serve the case of Nicolae Ganea from Ungheni district, a client of the Ungheni Branch of Moldova Agroindbank (MAIB) SA. For him, advantages of real estate loan granted under state programme First Home came in a package with a series of indirect benefits motivating him to build his future home, referring to a statement from the bank.
Nicolae affirms that signing contract has a double significance for him. In addition to fulfilling his dream of purchasing his own home, he views loans as first cornerstone of his future family. In addition, opportunity to buy a dwelling is a good reason to stay in Moldova.
"I was going to go to work in Europe to earn money to secure a place to live at home, but now it is no longer the case. I can afford to pay it for myself, because terms I obtained loan are quite convenient, I will pay for similar amount of money which I pay now for rent, but only that is the mode I can get my own home and not depend on anyone," says Nicolae Ganea.
The loan comes in support of young people eager to build their future at home, and the purchased dwelling provides them necessary foundation for it.
"Our efforts have materialised in a concrete result today. We have a first result of numerous consultations offered by branch specialists on loan of state programme First Home. This is a really convenient and advantageous product due to its own share of only 10 per cent, 25 – year term and very advantageous interests. The interest of young people for this product is an increased one, which can only be enjoyed ", mentioned Director of Branch Ungheni, Valeriu Moraru.
The state programme First Home is intended for people aged 18 – 45, who do not own a dwelling and do not have mortgages. The maximum ceiling of purchase price of dwelling is MDL 1 million and loan term is up to 25 years.
MAIB is the first bank to join state programme First Home, starting this product on 26 March. Interested individuals can reach any of 66 branches of the bank to get all details about this real estate loan.
