Moldovan Public Services Agency to check correctness of advertising texts

Chisinau, 24 May /MOLDPRES/ – The linguistic correctness of advertising texts will be performed by the Public Services Agency (ASP). A draft law in this regard was adopted by Legislature today.
According to legal provisions, until registration of legal entity, ASP will verify the name in terms of language availability, distinctiveness and correctness.
The Government shall, within three months, adjust regulatory framework, remunerating staff providing language verification services being covered from the own sources of ASP.
