Working meeting of experts in veterinary, phyto-sanitary sector held in Moldovan capital

Chisinau, 24 May /MOLDPRES/ - A working meeting with experts in the veterinary and phyto-sanitary sector – component of the sectoral working group for economy, took place at the headquarters of the OSCE Mission in Chisinau today, the Reintegration Policies Bureau has reported.

Competent experts on behalf of Chisinau and Tiraspol tackled aspects concerning the harmonization of the requirements applied to the import and export to/from the Transnistrian region of animal origin goods and food for animals, as well as the classified list of goods subjected to the sanitary and veterinary control in the Transnistrian region.

The next meeting of the working group will be held at the Tiraspol-based headquarters of the OSCE Mission in Moldova.
