Chisinau, 31 May /MOLDPRES/ - The single window will ensure the reduction of bureaucracy and corruption through excluding persons who might influence the process of issuance of permissive acts. Economics and Infrastructure Minister Chiril Gaburici has made statements to this effect in a today’s interview given exclusively to MOLDPRES.
According to Gaburici, the number of permissive acts has been significantly cut. “Half a year ago, there were 400 permissive acts; at present, their figure of is 152. Due to the single window, the acts will be issued in a centralized way and electronically. The single window is an example which needs to be implemented in many other activities and sectors,” Gaburici noted.
The minister also said that, starting from next June, the single window would issue about 30 documents and till late 2018 – 152. “This will facilitate the work of foreign investors. We have spoken to them about problems they had faced in the beginning of the work. Through the single window, we want to exclude the barriers and the bureaucracy,” Gaburici added.
According to the authorities, the single window will allow limiting the number of structures and agencies the citizen should visit and will diminish certain taxes. The practice has proved its efficiency in other states as well.
