Moldovan foreign minister has working meeting with US Ambassador

Chisinau, 08 June /MOLDPRES/ – Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, Tudor Ulianovschi, and US Ambassador to Moldova, James D. Pettit, have discussed today at a meeting the ongoing level of bilateral political dialogue, commercial and economic cooperation, as well as assistance provided by USA into implementation of democratic reforms in Moldova.

According to the Foreign and European Integration Ministry’s information and media communication service, parties have examined existing state and prospects for development of Moldova – US Strategic Dialogue, as well as possibilities of organising meetings of common working groups on it within 2018.

The head of Moldovan diplomacy highlighted major guidelines of bilateral cooperation between Moldova and United States of America in political, economic and sectoral fields.

A special topic of the meeting focused upon plans to boost bilateral political dialogue, including prospect of organising mutual high – level visits.
