Members of standing committees of Moldovan, Romanian parliaments hold meeting in Chisinau

Chisinau, 11 June /MOLDPRES/- Members of the standing committees of the parliament of Moldova and the Romanian parliament met today in Chisinau.
The meeting is the 7th and is hosted by the parliament of the Republic of Moldova. The event will focus on several issues related to Moldova’s integration into the EU. Following the discussions between the MPs from the permanent committees of the Moldovan parliament and the parliamentarians from the commissions of the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate of Romania, the Declaration of the Joint European Integration Commission will be signed. The document will highlight priorities in the future Moldovan-Romanian collaboration.
The Moldovan parliament is represented at the meeting by the MPs - George Mocanu, Marcel Raducan, Roman Boţan, Corneliu Padnevici, Igor Vremea and Aliona Goţa. The delegation of the Romanian parliament is made up of the MPs- Bogdan-Ionel Rodeanu, Silviu-Nicu Macovei, Andrei-Daniel Gheorghe, József-György Kulcsár-Terza, Ştefan Muşoiu, Ştefan-Alexandru Băişanu, Tudor Ciuhodaru, Maricela Cobuz, Nicolae-Daniel Popescu and Ion Hadarca.
The last meeting of the Joint Commission for European Integration between the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova and the Parliament of Romania took place in Bucharest on 20-21 November 2017.
