Chisinau, 12 June /MOLDPRES/- PDM will monitor the process of implementation of national projects and will properly inform the people about all their benefits. The spokesman of the Democratic Party of Moldova, Vitalie Gamurari, made the statement today.
According to Gamurari, lately, there have been various rumors in the public space that lead to denigrating the results of some national projects launched at the PDM initiative.
"We hear the same false rumors from our opponents on single window, agricultural subsidy program for young people, ambulance acquisition project, water supply and sewerage project ", he said.
He said that his party assumes responsibility to accurately inform citizens about the results of the projects and the benefits.
“I want to remind you that so far over 100 families have purchased a home via the First Home programme, and other 100 applications are under examination,” he said.
According to economic experts, the purchase of a home through the First Home program brings in time savings of thousands of lei, the credits being more accessible than other offers proposed by banks.
In order to become beneficiaries of this project, young people must comply with a number of conditions including: the purchase price of the dwelling, which must not exceed one million lei, the initial own participation of at least 10 percent and the repayment term of the loan up to 25 years. People who have ongoing mortgage loans will not be admitted to this program. Also, people aged over 45 years will not be able to access such credits.
