Moldovan diplomacy head to pay visit to United Kingdom

Chisinau, 15 June /MOLDPRES/ - Foreign Affairs and European Integration Minister Tudor Ulianovschi will pay a working visit to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland on 17-20 June. In the UK, he will discuss the bilateral relations between the two countries with British officials, the Foreign Affairs and European Integration Ministry’s press service has reported.

The visit’s agenda includes bilateral meetings with Minister of State for Europe and the Americas, Sir Alan Duncan, Minister of State for Trade and Investment Gregory Hands, other decision-makers of the British government.

In London, Minister Ulianovschi has scheduled working meetings with President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) Suma Chakrabarti and the EBRD Director in charge of relations with Moldova, Heinz Kauffman.

Also, the Moldovan diplomacy head will meet the parliamentary friendship groups All Party Parliamentary Group on Management (APPGM), including its head, conservative lawmaker John Whittingdale and will give a speech at Chatham House on the Moldovan authorities’ efforts in the Transnistrian conflict settlement process.
