Agenda of cultural events in Moldova for 21 – 22 June

Chisinau, 20 June /MOLDPRES/ – It is played performance Otello by Italian composer Giuseppe Verdi at the National Opera and Ballet Theatre Maria Biesu, on 21 June at 19:00.
The performance is directed by Andrea Battistini (Italy), stage designer Iurie Matei, Artist of the People. Prime choirmaster – Oleg Constantinov, Master in Art. The symphony orchestra conductor is Nicolae Dohotaru, Artist of the People.
The roles are played by Simone Frediani (Italy), Ghiulnara Raileanu, Iurie Gosca, Artist of the People, Nicolae Vascautan, Taisia Caraman, Victor Novitski, Valeriu Cojocaru, Artist of the People and Maxym Ivaschiuk.
Also on 21 June, at 18:00, National Theatre Mihai Eminescu presents performance "Balamucul vesel" (The merry madhouse), a tragicomical farce of S.T. Burke.
On the same day, at 19:00, the Organ Hall of Chisinau hosts the International Festival: Piano Nights in Moldova – Black Sea, XVIth issue organised by French Alliance in Moldova and French Embassy in Chisinau.
The concert is performed: by composer, pianist and French conductor Laurent, Moldovan pianist Stanislav Jar and artists of the National Chamber Orchestra in Chisinau. In the programme: music by Maurice Ravel, Camille Saint – Saëns, Georges Bizet, and film music.
On Friday, 22 June, at 18:00, "Hronicul Gainarilor" (The hronicle of pilferings) by Aureliu Busuioc is played at National Theatre Mihai Eminescu and at 18:30 at the Russian State Drama Theatre A.P. Chekhov presents "Impuscat in spate" (Shot in the back) by A. Volodin.
