Under the agreement, the citizens of the Saint Kitts and Nevis Federation, holders of diplomatic, official, service and ordinary passports, will be exempted from the compulsoriness to have visas to enter Moldova.

The agreement between the government of Moldova and the government of the Saint Kitts and Nevis Federation was signed in London in March 2018.

The present agreement was concluded for an indefinite period and will enter into force on the 30th day after the date of receiving the last written notification by the Contracting Sides, through diplomatic channels, on the fulfillment of the domestic procedures needed for the accord’s entrance into force. Each Contracting Side can denounce the present agreement through a written notification submitted by diplomatic channels, to the other Contracting Side. Thus, the agreement will lose its validity after the expiration of a term of 90 days following the reception by the other Contracting Side of the notification on denunciation.

The Saint Kitts and Nevis Federation is an island country (overall area 261 square km) stretching on two islands of the Lesser Antilles archipelago between the Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea. This is the smallest state on the American continents, both in terms of area and population.
