Moldovan singer celebrates anniversary

Chisinau, 06 July /MOLDPRES/ – The well – known singer of light music Anastasia Lazariuc, People's Artist, celebrates her 65th anniversary, today.

She was born on 06 July 1953 in Bacioi village, Ialoveni district. In 1980 she graduated Stefan Neaga Music School and in 1985 Gavriil Musicescu Arts Institute in Chisinau.

In 1975 – 1978, she was performer in band "Smericica" of Cernauti Philharmonic, and in 1978 – 1992 she was performer of Modern Orchestra of Radio – TV in Chisinau.

She collaborated with Eugen Doga, Ion Aldea – Teodorovici, Daria Radu, Mihai Constantinescu and other composers, releasing more popular songs.

Anastasia Lazariuc has made several tournaments abroad. She was awarded title "Honoured artist", "Artist of the People" and "Order of the Republic."
