Chisinau, 9 July /MOLDPRES/ - Entrepreneurs starting from today can ask for 29 permissive acts out of those 150 online, through the single window for the issuance and management of permissive acts. The new digital solution, launched with the support of the World Bank, will facilitate the process of issuance of documents, both for entrepreneurs and for the issuing public authorities.
According to the government’s communication and protocol department, Prime Minister Pavel Filip said that the providing of support for the development of the business environment was a goal assumed by the government ever since taking over the mandate. The PM noted that, to make social investments and increase the pensions, salaries and improve the infrastructure, the authorities had focused on the creation of a stable and friendly business environment. To this end, more measures have been undertaken, among which: cutting the number of control institutions, modernization of the Labour Code and simplifying the reporting procedure. At the same time, as a priority, the number of permissive acts has been reduced, which brought savings worth more than 200 million lei to the business annually.
„We have not only cut the number of permissive acts, but we also try to offer comfort to get these acts through the single window. Other actions come next – we are set, in the end, to provide 100 per cent of the acts through the single window,” Pavel Filip said.
În context, the PM stressed that the launch of the single window would enhance the efficiency and quickness in providing services to business, and would generate annual savings of 60 million lei for the business environment. At the same time, the demanding of the acts online will minimize the contact with the civil servant, which will help combat corruption and reduce bureaucracy. ”I hope that the business people will feel this relief and go the way of increasing investments and providing new jobs,” the prime minister added.
At the event, the single window information automated system for the management and issuance of permissive acts was tested successfully – the first entrepreneur submitted an application for the issuance of a permissive document.
The electronic single window is accessible on the portal www.servicii.gov.md, where entrepreneurs can submit the application online at any time during the day, from any computer or mobile phone. Also, applicants can sign documents electronically and pay taxes online for getting permissive acts.
The databases of 30 public institutions will be connected to this system and will interact online, in order to automatically check the agent’s data, without the need to present additional certificates. The applicant will receive an automated confirmation on the registration of the application and then - notifications on each stage of its processing.
