Moldovan Civil Aviation Authority experts to train specialists in sector of using drones

Chisinau, 10 July /MOLDPRES/ - Five experts of the Civil Aviation Authority (AAC) will become instructors within a programme on training specialists in the sector of drones. They participate in training courses organized within the project Erasmus+ Education for Drones – eDrones.
The programme is held at the Moldovan State University (USM) and implies 17 institutions from eight countries (France, Italy, Poland, Romania, Moldova, Armenia, Georgia and Belarus).
The courses started on 4 June and will end on 15 July 2018.Within courses, European partners transfer to colleagues from Moldova, Armenia, Georgia and Belarus know-how and experience in the field of no-pilot technologies. Subsequently, the people trained, among whom also AAC specialists, will convey the knowledge got to the future students of the Education Office for Drones. The latter has been recently set up at the USM and is endowed with modern equipment to hold theoretical courses and practical lessons.
According to a communiqué spread for mass media, AAC specialists and other beneficiaries of the courses for training instructors will subsequently pass probation at a university from France.
