Chisinau, 12 July /MOLDPRES/ - The legal Information Centre is being re-organized into the Legal Information Resources Agency (ARIJ), which will manage the service of applying the apostille and the legalization of acts. A regulation to this effect will be published in the 13 July issue of the Official Journal (Monitorul Oficial) of Moldova.
The document sees the organization and work of the Agency.
The creation of ARIJ is generated by the central public administration’s reform, in order to optimize the structure and duties of the Justice Ministry. The Agency will manage the service of applying the apostille, keeping the state register of legal acts, register of the pledge of movables, register of probate cases and wills.
Additionally to the records kept and managed by the Legal Information Centre, the Legal Information Resources Agency will be in charge of more information systems, due to be launched soon: register of the enforcement procedures, register of prosecutors, e-legislation automated information system and e-detentions integrated information system.
