Moldovan deputy PM meets with ambassador of Romania

Chisinau, 13 July /MOLDPRES/ – Deputy Prime Minister Cristina Lesnic had a meeting with the Romanian Ambassador to Moldova Daniel Ioniţă on Thursday, 12 July, the office for reintegration policy’s information and media communication service has reported.
The officials held talks on topics discussed in the Chisinau – Tiraspol dialogue, recent developments in negotiations, highlighting achieved results in implementation of themes included within Berlin Plus package, in particular, on subject of teaching schools the Latin-script in the Transnistrian region, arable land in Dubasari district, mechanism of access to international road traffic of motor vehicles from the eastern districts of Moldova, and free movement between the two banks of the Dniester.
It also highlighted the upward dynamics of dialogue between the political representatives and sectoral working groups, noting resumption of work at the level of human rights experts which have already met in two joint sessions.
Deputy PM, Cristina Lesnic, expressed gratitude for constant support of Romania in Transnistrian settlement process and support of the UN General Assembly Resolution: "On the complete and unconditional withdrawal of foreign military forces from the territory of the Republic of Moldova".
