Termoelectrica company automated call center service

Chisinau, 4 September /MOLDPRES/- Termoelectrica has automated and upgraded Call-Center Service. Thus, starting today, by means of the unique telephone number 022 447 447, Chisinau residents, connected to the centralized heating system, will be able to conduct operations in real time without additional redirects.

The new robotic application will be available in Romanian and Russian and will divide the information provided in several areas of interest, such as invoice payment, debts, billing and disconnections or damages.

At the same time, using the new service, consumers will be able to transmit current meter readings and will be able to report any leaks or other issues.

If consumers do not find answer to their question, they will be able to contact an operator.

Termoelectrica company director-general Veaceslav Eni said that the new application will simplify communication, information exchange and interaction with consumers.

In addition to Call-Center, phone numbers for reporting technical problems in Viber application: 069-444-144 and Dispatch Service - 022-44-11-38 will remain active.
