The Constitutional Court considers a notification by a citizen who raised an exception of unconstitutionality to the Chisinau Court. The citizen says that the phrase “serious consequences” from an article of the Criminal Code would not be predictable, at 10:30.

The Constitutional Court considers an exception raised to the Chisinau Court by two lawyers, members of an initiative group for the creation of the party, For People, Nature, Animals. The lawyers sued the Justice Ministry at law and claim that the refusal to register the party based on the conditions from the law on political parties would violate the right to association, guaranteed by the Constitution, at 14:00.
