Revenues of tax body increased by over 15 per cent in nine months of 2018

Chisinau, 1 October /MOLDPRES/- Revenues of the State Tax Service collected in nine months of 2018 increased by 15.4% compared to the same period of 2017 and amounted to 27.4 billion lei.

The state budget collected 12.3 billion lei, which is up by 1.8 billion lei than in the same period of 2017, or an increase of 17.3%.

Local budgets recorded revenues of 2.8 billion lei, up by 13.7% than in the same period of the previous year.

A similar increase in revenue was attested for the state social insurance budget. At the same time, the mandatory health insurance funds accounted for 2.9 billion lei or up by 14.1%.

The state budget for 2018 provides for revenues of 36.9 billion lei and expenses of 41.9 billion lei.
