Polish Senate Marshal to visit Moldova

Chisinau, 3 October /MOLDPRES/- Marshal of Polish Senate Stanislaw Karczewski will pay a visit to Moldova at the invitation of Parliament Speaker Andrian Candu. The visit will take place on 4-6 October 2018, the government’s communication and public relations department has reported.
The visit’s agenda includes meetings with the leadership of the country: Parliament Speaker Andrian Candu, President Igor Dodon and Prime Minister Pavel Filip. The Polish Senate Marshal will discuss with representatives of all parliamentary factions, visit plenary session hall and write a message in parliament’s honor book. Karczewski will also have a meeting with Bishop of the Roman Catholic Church Chisinau Anton Coşa.
Karczewski will meet Polish diaspora and participate in a festive concert dedicated to the centenary of regaining Poland’s independence. Also, he will visit Institute of Neurology and Neurosurgery and will attend the conference "News in medicine", organized on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the Association of Polish Doctors' Organizations in Moldova.
On 6 October the official will discuss with the Polish diaspora in Balti, visit the Catholic Church and cemetery, the museum and the Polish House in the village of Stârcea, Glodeni district.
The Polish delegation will also include Senators Ryszard Bonisławski and Konstanty Radziwiłł, Deputy Head of Polish Diaspora Office Anna Kaczmarczyk, Polish Community Association President Dariusz Piotr Bonisławski.

Our country has benefited from real support for continuing the modernization reforms as financial support under the Polish Development Assistance Program. Good governance / regional development projects, as well as sustainable agriculture and rural development are implemented in Moldova with Polish support.
