Ecotourism complex in suburbian locality of Moldovan capital finalised

Chisinau, 04 October /MOLDPRES/ – The works for the development of the Agribusiness and Ecotourism Complex in village Ulmu, Ialoveni district, have been completed. A special reception commission has assessed today the quality of the work and found that they are in accordance with the norms.
The Ulmu Complex is part of the regional development project: "The tourist route in nine localities – creating opportunities for investment in tourism". The amount of the work received is about MDL 3.2 million, money allocated from the National Regional Development Fund (FNDR).
It was enclosed the recreation and ecotourism complex within this project, comprising a three-hectare lot of land, directly adjacent to a lake.
On one hectare of this land, there were executed landscaping works: it was applied the pavement of the access ways, there were built twelve towers, a sports field, a sanitary block, it was cut and arranged a ditch.
Project "Tourism Route in nine localities – creating opportunities for investment in tourism" was initiated in 2015. "Due to this programme we managed to renovate several destinations in the Central Region, which will contribute to the promotion of the culture and traditions of this area of the country. All this is an encouragement and support for the development of the local tourism, which still has a lot to offer for its full discovery," said director of the Center for Regional Development Agency, Viorel Jardan.
