New commercial centre inaugurated today

Chisinau, 13 February /MOLDPRES/- A new commercial and customer assistance centre of the municipal enterprise Apă-Canal Chişinău was inaugurated today by the head of the institution, Valeriu Mesca, and acting mayor of Chisinau Ruslan Codreanu.
The new center, located in the Apă-Canal Chişinău enterprise, which is equipped with the best information technologies for fast customer service, was presented at the event.
Mesca said that the opening of the new center will enable to provide quality services.
"The Center staff will provide consumers with advice in order to solve all issues related to the competence of the water supplier. Most importantly, there will be no queues at counters. Consumers will come to a single center where they can address all requests," he said.
"Providing modern quality services must be a priority. The comfort and convenience of the consumer are very important, so I urge you to meet the people with a smile, so that every citizen will come back and be satisfied with the services, " Codreanu said.
Within the new center, there are 11 posts, which will serve about 500 people daily.
The new room cost 5 million lei. For the repair works, 2.1 million lei were spent, and the electronic equipment cost about 1.1 million lei.
