Deadline for submitting acts to accredit observers at polls in Moldova expires in three days

Chisinau, 14 February /MOLDPRES/ - The Central Electoral Commission (CEC) has informed that there were four days left for submitting documents for the accreditation of observers for the parliamentary elections and republican consultative referendum due on 24 February 2019. The deadline set to this end expires on 16 February.   

The acts can be submitted to CEC or the electoral councils of the uninominal electoral districts.

According to CEC’s data, so far, the institution has accredited 365 international observers and 1,892 national ones, of whom 76 observers for the polling stations opened outside Moldova.  

The citizens with right to vote are expected to vote to elect the future parliament on 24 February, this year.
