Hungarian government provides education scholarships for 2019-2020 academic year

Chisinau, 20 February /MOLDPRES/ - The government of Hungary provides scholarships for the 2019-2020 academic year to people’s willing to do their master’s degree at a specialty in agriculture. The courses are part of a cooperation plan by the Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment Ministry (MADRM) and the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) in Moldova.
The courses for the master’s degree will be taught in English and are available at three Hungarian universities. According to MARDM, the scholarship will cover the application and schooling taxes during all the period of education, accommodation in hostel, subsistence costs, health insurance. The duration of the scholarship is 22 months.
The selection of students will take places in two stages. In the first stage, FAO will consider the candidates and will submit applications to the Agriculture Ministry of Hungary, which will sent them to the relevant university. In the second stage, the universities will carry out a new process of selection, without FAO’s involvement.
To be selected, candidates must be citizens of Moldova, have university education of the cycle I with good academic results, should know English, have a good health condition and an age preferably under 30 years.
All documents must be submitted in the English language and the deadline for submitting the files is 28 February 2019.
