Moldova receives 12 special vehicles

Chisinau, 20 February /MOLDPRES/ - The first 12 Kamaz special vehicles, provided by Russia to Moldova, have come to Chisinau. They will be distributed to more cities of Moldova next week.
The transport units were inspected by President Igor Dodon today. According to the official, this is the first consignment out of 100 units provided by Russia free of charge. Another consignment is to reach Moldova in next spring. Russia allocated 100 million Russian roubles to assemble the special vehicles.
Among the settlements where the vehicles are to reach, there are Briceni, Ocnita, Soroca, Floresti, Balti, Chisinau, Comrat, Congaz, Basarabeasca and Taraclia.
In last summer, on a visit to Moscow, head of state Igor Dodon made a request to Russian President Vladimir Putin to consider possibility of providing for free a consignment of Russian technology to settlements from Moldova.
