Moldovan leu to depreciate against euro

Chisinau, 20 February /MOLDPRES/ – The national currency (MDL) depreciates by MDL 0.09 on 21 February against the euro (EUR), which will have an official price of MDL 19.41.

According to the official exchange rates presented by the National Bank of Moldova (BNM), the dollar (USD) will keep for the third consecutive day the value of MDL 17.12.

Also, the Romanian leu (RON) and the Russian rouble (RUB) will increase with MDL 0.01. For the RUB the BNM has set an exchange rate of MDL 0.26, and for the RON – MDL 04.07.

The value of the Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) remains at the level of MDL 0.63.
