Two squares to be arranged in Moldovan capital's district

Chisinau, 26 February /MOLDPRES/ - Two public spaces will be arranged in the Ciocana district of Moldova’s capital in 2019. One of them is the square Maria Dragan with panoramic vision. Another square will be set on the Mircea cel Batran blvd.

According to the Chisinau city hall, the two locations were selected after they had got the largest number of votes on behalf of citizens following an opinion poll.

The Chisinau local authorities asked for residents’ opinion on the choosing of two leisure zones in the Ciocana district, which are to be arranged during this year, within the limit of the financial sources seen.

For this year, five million lei was earmarked for each district of the Moldovan capital for the financing and implementation of projects on the arrangement of parks, squares and public spaces.
