Moldovan leu keeps position against main reference currencies

Chisinau, 26 February /MOLDPRES/ – The Moldovan leu (MDL) keeps its position in relation to the main reference currencies on 27 February, according to official exchange rates published by the National Bank of Moldova (BNM) today.

Hence, the euro (EUR) and dollar (USD) maintain their values similar as today and cost MDL 19.48 and MDL 17.14, respectively.

The Romanian leu (RON) still costs MDL 04.09. And for the Russian rouble (RUB) and the Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH), the BNM has set values similar to the ones of today. As such, the RUB has a price of MDL 0.26, and the UAH – MDL 0.63.

The official exchange rate is the price of MDL against currencies of foreign states.
