State enterprise Medisan to be dissolved in Moldova

Chisinau, 27 February /MOLDPRES/ – The Medisan State Enterprise will be dissolved, and the state patrimony of Moldova, enterprises with foreign capital, sanatorium Moldova and sanatorium Sanatate located in Ukraine will be administered directly by the State Chancellery (CS), according to a decision adopted today by the Government.

The dissolution of the enterprise administering two sanatoria of Moldova located in Ukraine is part of the public administration reform, which is a priority objective assumed by the Government in the Programme of Activity for 2016 – 2018.

Medisan is part of the administrative system of the CS and it was created by a government decision in 2002 for the management of the patrimony located in Ukraine. As a result of an economic and financial analysis of the state enterprise, it was decided to dissolve it with the winding – up procedure. The dissolution of Medisan also aims to ensure the efficient administration of the Moldovan heritage located in Ukraine.
