Moldovan official journal roundup for tomorrow

Chisinau, 28 February /MOLDPRES/- The promulgation decree and hunting law will be published tomorrow in the Official Journal of the Republic of Moldova.

Under the new law, several networks of specialized hunting funds will be created in the country under a single national hunting fund. These will include forest funds and will be handed over to the Moldovan Hunters and Fishermen Association and Moldsilva Agency.

The new law also provides for the succession of long-term use of hunting animals to users who have previously practiced this activity and assume all responsibility for the protection of animals. The responsibilities will be stipulated in the contract.

Also, according to the new legislation, only one possibility of long-term hunting will be allowed - the contract concluded between managers, namely between legal entities and the Ministry of Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment.

This law shall enter into force 24 months after its publication in the Official Journal of the Republic of Moldova.
