Moldovan cabinet approves Regulation on National Council of Dispute Resolution in State Control Sector

Chisinau, 28 February /MOLDPRES/ - The cabinet has approved a draft decision on a Regulation on the organization and work of the National Council of Dispute Resolution in State Control Sector. The Council was set up to examine faulty practices in the state control field, to elaborate recommendations and issue decisions related to its powers, the government’s communication and protocol department has reported.
Thus, the regulation provides for a procedure of considering faulty systemic practices, finding out deficiencies in the law and incorrect enforcement of law, elaboration of recommendations in the field of state control over the entrepreneurial activity, with the involvement of control bodies and associations of entrepreneurs.
The document also sets the procedures of organization and holding of meetings, functionality, rights and duties of the National Council’s members. The National Council will be made up of the leaders of the control bodies, representatives of the associations of entrepreneurs/business environment and the head of the authority of supervising controls, which will preside over the Council’s meetings. The Council members will not benefit from remuneration for the work carried out within it.
The Council’s meetings will be public and the secretariat works of the Council will be provided by a subdivision of the State Chancellery in charge of supervising the work of state control over the entrepreneurial activity.
