Moldovan leu to appreciate against euro, US dollar

Chisinau, 01 March /MOLDPRES/ – The Moldovan leu (MDL) appreciates slightly the upcoming week against the main reference currencies, according to the official exchange data posted by the National Bank of Moldova (BNM) today.

Thus, the euro (EUR) depreciates MDL 0.07 to the cost of MDL 19.52. Also, the dollar (USD) is going to cheapen. Its official price is to be MDL 17.15.

The Romanian leu (RON) depreciates by MDL 0.02, reaching the cost of MDL 04.11.

As for the Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH), the BNM has set a quote similar to the one of today. It will cost MDL 0.63. The same trend is for the Russian rouble (RUB), which will keep its price of MDL 0.26.
