Some categories of people can benefit from cuts in purchasing health insurance policy in Moldova

Chisinau, 5 March /MOLDPRES/ - The holders of entrepreneur licence and private people carrying out independent activities in the retail trade sector can benefit from 50 per cent and, respectively, 60 per cent cuts in the mandatory health insurance premium, worth 4,056 lei, till 31 March 2019.

The provision is included in the law on mandatory health insurances funds for this year.

Thus, the holder of entrepreneur licence would have to pay 2,028 lei for the health insurance and the private people carrying out independent activities in the retail trade field – 1,622 lei.

According to the State Fiscal Service (SFS), the insurance premium can be paid through the Mpay governmental service of electronic payments. The concerned service allows more possibilities of payment: with bank card, via internet banking, at payment terminals, as well as at windows of commercial banks and of post offices.
