Chisinau, 5 March /MOLDPRES/ - The management of the Party of Socialists (PSRM) today informed that it would not participate in negotiations for the creation of an eventual ruling coalition unless the elections are validated by the Constitutional Court (CCM). Also today, the leadership of the ACUM bloc said that the parliamentary polls would have been rigged.
At a news briefing, PSRM leader Zinaida Greceanii said that the Socialist MPs elected in uninominal districts, as well as those elected in the national electoral district would not discuss with anybody an eventual parliamentary coalition till the finishing of the electoral exercise, i.e. till the CCM judges issue their ruling on the results of the 24 February polls.
In the context, Grecianii noted that those 35 PSRM lawmakers had signed a statement, thereby taking commitment to work in parliament only within a single united team, the one of the faction of the Party of Socialists.
Also today, the management of the ACUM bloc informed that it would soon present a report “of the frauds” which would have been committed on the day of the elections, which the bloc will submit to the magistrates of the Constitution Court. At the same news conference, the leader of the Dignity and Truth Platform Party, Andrei Nastase, said the ACUM bloc would not make alliance with the parties which entered the parliament.
