Buses park from Moldovan capital looks for drivers

Chisinau, 15 March /MOLDPRES/ - The municipal enterprise, Urban Park of Buses, (PUA) from Moldova’s capital provides over 100 vacant jobs for drivers and fee collectors. The Chisinau city hall made statements to this effect today.

The number of vacancies from PUA increased with the buying of a consignment of new buses. Thus, the park is employing drivers having driver’s licence of the D and E categories, as well as vehicle mechanics and fee collectors.

More exactly, there are vacant jobs for 45 drivers and 60 fee collectors. The average salary of a bus driver is 8,000 lei and of a fee collector – 5,500 lei, the city hall noted.

At present, 156 fee collectors and 180 drivers work at PUA. The enterprise has more than 100 buses, moving on 21 routes. In last February, the local authorities bought 31 new buses.
