New head in Ialoveni district elected today

Chisinau, 20 March /MOLDPRES/- The head of Ialoveni district, Lilian Carmanu, today announced his resignation at the meeting of the district council. Ghenadie Sajin, head of the Technical Supervision Agency, was elected the new chief in Ialoveni.

According to sources in Ialoveni district council, Lilian Carmanu said he is leaving for personal reasons, but remains in the Democratic political team and will continue to work for the development of Ialoveni district. He will serve as deputy head of the district.

Ghenadie Sajin was born in 1970. Previously, he served as head of the State Inspection of Construction and later – of the Technical Supervision Agency. He has technical studies at the Polytechnic College of Balti and the Technical University of Moldova. In 2001 he graduated from the University of Humanities, Criminal Law specialty.
