Deadline for submitting statements on income tax for some taxpayers expires

Chisinau, 25 March /MOLDPRES/- The deadline for submitting statements on income tax for 2018 expires today for taxpayers, legal entities and private people, engaged in entrepreneurial activity, as well as self-employed individuals.

The State Tax Service announced that the institution has extended the working hours for today to receive the statements. Thus, employees will work from 08.00 to 19.00.

People who do not submit the statement within deadline risk penalties of up to 10 thousand lei.

The deadline for submitting the declaration on income tax for private people was extended to 2 May.

For more information, taxpayers can access the general tax base, can contact the tax office or call the Call Centre of State Tax Service at 0-8000-1525 (free call).
