National Army soldiers participate in JCET 2019

Chisinau, 26 March /MOLDPRES/- Special purpose military troops of the National Army today performed parachute jumps at the National Army's military training centers under Joint Combined Exchange Training exercise - JCET 2019.
The commander of Fulger special purpose battalion, Ion Ojog, said the parachutes were made from a height of 350 meters.
"The exercise is for servicemen in the infantry brigade investigation subunits and Fulger Battalion, and includes tactical training sessions, training shootouts and specific missions on the ground,” he said.
The training aims to develop capabilities for special missions, joint training and exchange of experience between contingents of the three armies.
The Joint Combined Exchange Training brings together the National Army, the Romanian Armed Forces and the US Army. The National Army has been participating in the JCET since 2009.
