Public lighting on Calea Moşilor in Moldovan capital modernised

Chisinau, 28 March /MOLDPRES/- The public lighting installations on Calea Moşilor in Rascani sector of the capital have been upgraded.The works cost 1.9 million lei.
Opening public lighting took place yesterday evening. Rehabilitation works were carried out during February and March and aimed at replacing 110 LED lighting fixtures, replacing the power cord and brackets with a length of 2.4 km.
"Another street in Chisinau came out of the darkness that has been in the last 30 years. Calea Mosilor has modern lighting starting yesterday. I want to have a bright and safe city," Acting mayor of Chisinau Ruslan Codreanu said.
In 2019, 14 million lei were allocated for the modernization of the public lighting.
