Euro, U.S. dollar continue to appreciate against Moldovan leu

Chisinau, 01 April /MOLDPRES/ – The European currency (EUR) single and US dollar (USD) continue to appreciate against Moldovan leu (MDL), according to official exchange rates for 02 April set by the National Bank of Moldova (BNM).

Thus, the EUR gets more expensive by MDL 0.01 going up to MDL 19.49. The USD adds MDL 0.03 up to the price of MDL 17.35.

As for the Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH), the BNM has set a currency exchange rate similar to the one of today – MDL 0.63. Unchanged will remain the value of The Romanian leu (RON) preserves its value of MDL 04.09. The same trend maintains the Russian rouble (RUB) – MDL 0.26.
