Moldovan Democrats announce completion of governance programme soon

Chisinau, 2 April /MOLDPRES/- The Democratic Party of Moldova (PDM) today announced it is already working on the governance program for 2019-2023, and plans soon to make its proposal public.

According to the PDM press service, this was discussed at the weekly meeting of the party today.

"Citizens expect us to respect our electoral commitments and continue the projects," PDM leader Vlad Plahotniuc said.

He noted that these days PDM updates its work agenda, based on proposals coming directly from people, and the results of a survey on citizens' expectations for Moldova's development in the coming years.

"The first place in the list is continuation of the policy on gradual increase in salaries and pensions, continuation and acceleration of Good roads for Moldova programme, increased allowances for children, jobs, development of economy" he said.

Indexation of pensions, offering Easter aid for low-income pensioners and starting Good Roads 2 programme had been also discussed at the meeting.
