Chisinau, 3 April /MOLDPRES/- Today, passengers can report online the problems they see in trolleybus activity in the capital. The notifications will be sent to the Registry of Electric Transport (RTEC) even during the trip by scanning QR codes that have been displayed in the last two days in each transport unit.

Thus, using mobile phone, passengers will be able to scan QR-code placed in trolleybuses. Subsequently, the user will redirect to a document to indicate the transport unit number, the time and the problem. This document can be emailed to RTEC and the company's employees will examine the notification.

RTEC head Dorin Ciornii said that the initiative aims to create a constructive dialogue with passengers in order to improve the services provided by the company.

According to the city hall, QR codes are installed in 313 RTEC transport units.
