Parks' sanitation action to be organized in Moldovan capital on 13 April

Chisinau, 8 April /MOLDPRES/ - The residents of Moldova’s capital are urged to participate in an action of Chisinau parks’ sanitation on 13 April. The head of the housing, utility and arrangement general department, Ion Burdiumov, made statements to this affect at a weekly meeting of the city hall’s services today.    

The acting general mayor of Chisinau, Ruslan Codreanu, urged all city hall’s employees, district praetor’s offices, municipal departments and enterprises to join this action. “If there are rains, we will see what we do. We have been more and more at each sanitation action we had, beginning with cleaning the Bac river and the greening action. I am sure that even more volunteers will participate this time,” Ruslan Codreanu said.    

The spring sanitation campaign will be carried out in the Moldovan capital till 26 April. Within the campaign, the local public administration organizes a string of activities in which all the Chisinau residents are urged to take part. Among them, there is the general cleaning of parks, due to take place later this week, and the general cleaning of the yards of blocks of flats, scheduled for Saturday, 20 April.
