Moldovan Democrats to step up efforts to identify coalition partner

Chisinau, 9 April /MOLDPRES/- PDM will boost efforts to find a political partner with whom to work for the good of citizens. Prime Minister Pavel Filip made the statement at the end of today’s PDM meeting.
The First Deputy Chairman of the Democrats said that his party wants the political blurring created after the parliamentary elections to end, and the political parties to work together to make life better for citizens.
He said that the Democrats have prepared a package of social measures that they will submit to potential political partners and which will be the basis for future governance.
Among the measures announced by the PDM are permanent aid of 600 lei, monthly allowances for minors, doubling of compensations for the cold period of the year and extension of the First Home Program with a new stage for those working in the private sector. Among the priorities were the Good Roads programs, which aim to ensure rural settlements with water and sewerage systems, as well as waste management platforms.
