Moldovan foreign affairs ministry says way of applying for China visa changed

Chisinau, 9 April /MOLDPRES/ - The online system of applying for the Chinese visa, as well as of online programming for submitting the string of needed acts  will be launched starting from 10 April 2019.  

According to the Foreign Affairs and European Integration Ministry, the new rules will be enforced following the amendments made to China’s legislation. At the same time, according to the international rigours, the Embassy of China in Moldova will process personal data and will take the fingerprints of all visa applicants, except for people younger than 14 or older than 70, applicants for diplomatic, service and courtesy visas, the people from whom the fingerprints were taken in the last five years and those for whom, for objective reasons, the taking of fingerprints will be impossible.     

Moldova’s citizens who intend to travel to China can take knowledge about the new procedures on the website of the Chinese Foreign Affairs Ministry.
